Our MVP is ready

Partner-led revenue, and the profitability behind it.

DealAlign is an AI-powered revenue and commercial optimisation platform for companies selling through third-party partners — resellers, distributors and systems integrators. It shows where partner-led revenue is exposed, who owes the next action, and which partners actually return a profit once their real costs are counted.

Three outcomes

What DealAlign helps you do

One partner dataset, three commercial results. Each links to the detail behind it.

Outcome 01

Increase Partner Sales

See where partner-led pipeline is exposed, which deals risk slipping, and how a forecast can be read against the evidence actually supporting it.

Outcome 02

Improve Partner and Sales Team Collaboration

Give every next action one named owner, a due date, a status and a dependency, so commitments stay visible across the company boundary rather than inside one CRM.

Outcome 03

Improve Partner Profitability

Attribute commissions, rebates, MDF, presales and support to each partner, then compare net partner contribution and contribution margin across the partner base.

Two commercial outcomes

Sell more through partners.
Make more profit from them.

Deal revenue optimisation

Win more partner deals.

Find the deals that are slipping, fix what is missing, and stop good opportunities from quietly disappearing from the pipeline.

  • Deals at risk shown before you commit the number
  • Missing information turned into actions with an owner and a date
  • Forecasts you can defend with evidence, not optimism

Partner performance & profitability

Make more profit from partners.

See what each partner really contributes once commissions, discounts, presales and support are counted — then decide who to invest in and who to stop subsidising.

  • Real partner profit, not just sales revenue
  • Profit loss traced to support, discounts and programme spend
  • Missing cost data shown as unknown, never as zero

Both outcomes run on the same three pillars. How they work together →

The problem

Direct deals are visible.
Partner deals aren’t.

Seller signal“What the rep says” Partner signal“What the partner says” Buyer evidence“What the evidence confirms”
DealAlign Finds the truth between them.

When you sell through partners, you rarely see the customer conversation directly. Your CRM can show a confident forecast without showing what it is based on — and in territories where you have no local team, the number rests entirely on what the partner tells you.

DealAlign compares what your seller, your partner and the buyer each report against what the customer has actually confirmed, so a deal that looks safe is tested before it reaches your forecast.

What DealAlign does

One platform.
Three ways to grow partner revenue.

Pillar 01

Increase Partner Sales

Identify deals at risk, improve win rates and grow sales through partners across different regions.

See every partner deal, which ones are slipping and why — including territories run entirely through partners, with no local direct team to fall back on.

  • Why it matters Regions without direct coverage hide sales risk longest.
  • What you get Earlier warning of deals at risk, clearer priorities for intervention, and growth in regions where you have no local sales team.

Pillar 02

Improve Partner and Sales Team Collaboration

Help sales teams and partners understand what needs doing, who is responsible and how to move deals forward.

Every next step has one named owner — your seller, your partner manager or the partner themselves — with a due date and a status you can follow. No more wondering who was supposed to do what.

  • Why it matters Partner deals stall because nobody can say who owns the next step.
  • What you get Fewer stalled deals, less duplicated effort and faster progress on opportunities already in the pipeline.

Pillar 03

Improve Partner Profitability

Understand which partners generate profit, which cost too much to support and where to invest resources.

A partner can top the revenue chart and still lose you money once commissions, discounts, presales, training and support are counted. DealAlign shows what each partner actually contributes, and how reliably they have performed before.

  • What it shows Net partner contribution — the profit left after that partner’s own costs are deducted, each counted once — with profit margin, and missing costs flagged as unknown rather than treated as zero.
  • What you get Clearer sales forecasting, earlier warning of recurring problems, and a sound basis for investing more in a partner or spending less.

The regional operating use case

Managing partner revenue
without a local sales team.

A CRO owns the number across North America, EMEA and APAC. Some territories have direct teams; others depend heavily or entirely on partners, with no local sellers to fall back on.

  • Which regional forecasts are actually supported?
  • Which partner commitments are still open?
  • Where should leadership intervene?

DealAlign reads regional exposure, partner commitments and partner reliability from one evidence base — so leadership can see where intervention still changes the outcome. Read the regional briefing →

Partner performance & profitability

High revenue does not mean
high profit.

A partner can top your revenue chart and still cost more to support than it returns. DealAlign adds up the costs behind each partner relationship, so you see actual profit rather than sales bookings.

In the illustrative portfolio shown, 6 of 10 partners require action. Two are losing money — Northgate Digital at −$60K and Kestrel Partner Network at −$85K — and a third cannot be scored because its cost data is incomplete. Net partner contribution of $6.3M against $22.9M of revenue is a 28% contribution margin. A revenue line alone would show none of this.

Every recommendation states the problem, the evidence, the action and the expected commercial benefit. A missing cost is reported as unknown, never as zero.
