Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to your use of dealalign.co (the “Site”), operated by DealAlign. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about DealAlign and allows interested organisations to request a conversation or a walkthrough of our MVP. Nothing on the Site is an offer of software, a commitment to deliver any particular feature or capability, or a representation that every planned capability is available.
No reliance
Information on the Site is provided for general information only and may change without notice. It should not be relied upon as commercial, legal or professional advice, and it does not form part of any agreement with DealAlign.
Requests for early access
Submitting the early-access form is a request, not an agreement. We may contact you to understand your requirements, and we are under no obligation to provide access to any product, preview or material. Any future access would be governed by separate written terms.
Intellectual property
The DealAlign name, logo, brand elements and the content of the Site are owned by or licensed to DealAlign and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its supporting systems, submit information that is false or misleading, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DealAlign excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your visit applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
Contact
For any question about these terms, contact us through the form on the DealAlign website.
