Privacy Notice

This notice explains how DealAlign (“DealAlign”, “we”, “us”) handles the personal information you provide through dealalign.co. It applies to this website only.
Information we collect
When you submit the early-access form we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address and company are required. Your job title and — only if you choose to provide it — a description of the challenge you face with partner revenue, performance or profitability are optional. The date and time of your submission is recorded with the request.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, to arrange a private conversation and to understand which organisations may be suitable for early design partnership. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to any unrelated mailing list.
Where it is stored and who processes it
When you submit the form, your details are handled in two distinct ways:
- Stored durably in this website’s own database — the record of your request is saved in the database that backs dealalign.co, together with the date and time of submission. This database is the system of record for enquiries, and access is limited to DealAlign personnel who need it in order to respond to you.
- Sent by email as a notification — the same details are also sent through a third-party email delivery service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), so that the enquiry reaches our inbox at darren.reilly@dealalign.co. FormSubmit processes the submitted fields on our behalf purely to deliver that message. Its handling of the data is governed by its own privacy policy at formsubmit.co/privacy-policy, which we do not control.
The email service is a notification channel only. It is not used for marketing, and we do not sell or share your information with any other third party. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us as the basis for this processing.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests for as long as they remain relevant to our design-partner conversations, and remove them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email darren.reilly@dealalign.co or use the form on the DealAlign website and we will action it.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking or analytics scripts.
Two third-party requests are made, both of them functional rather than advertising or analytics:
- Web fonts — the typeface used across the site is served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers on every page, so Google receives your IP address and standard request information. No font is loaded in a way that sets an advertising or analytics cookie.
- Email notification — the FormSubmit request described above is sent only when you choose to submit the form.
